At LogicBox Jr, we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences for young children. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscriptions, courses, and activities.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Parents
Parents may cancel their LogicBox Jr subscription at any time through their account or by contacting our support team.
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
Access to premium activities and content will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
Technical issues preventing access to the platform after payment, and such issues remain unresolved for more than 7 days.
Accidental duplicate payments made for the same child’s account.
Payment charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for:
Partially used subscription periods
Discontinued use by choice
Change of mind by the parent or child
Poor internet, device incompatibility, or connectivity issues on the user side
Completed programs, downloadable content, or printed materials already accessed/used
2.3 Refund for Workshops / Events
For one-time workshops, camps, or events:
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the event.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Once approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank/payment gateway
Parents will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
4. Cancellation by LogicBox Jr
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class, event, or subscription due to:
Low enrollment
Unexpected technical issues
Instructor unavailability
Any other operational necessity
In such cases, parents may choose:
A full refund, or
Transfer to a different batch/event (subject to availability)
